Register for Examination(s)

Requirements

· Only schools can register on behalf of their students. Please note that we do not accept individual or public registrations for 2008.

· Please note that all examinations are for individuals (no groups allowed)

· Minimum of 10 students per registration (regardless of the qualification levels). School has to set aside a venue for the examination.

· Schools have to propose TWO examination dates (at least 2 months or later from the registration date) and time(s).

· Payments can be made in cheque or through MOE Electronic Fund Transfer system before examination dates.

Completed forms can be faxed to 6224 6480 or mailed to The Fun Stage Limited, 14 Robinson Rd #13-00 Far East Finance Building, Singapore 048545.

Upon successful registration, the school will receive the following by post

· An invoice addressed to the school

· The examination slip detailing the finalized examination date(s) / time and the allocated candidate numbers

· A print out of the detailed syllabus / proposed readings
